Pros

Flexible work schedule, many opportunities for career advancement, ESOP stock grows like crazy. Vacation used to be a problem, but management fixed this a couple of years ago.

Cons

Long hours. Must be a self-starter (no hand-holding will be provided, training is not always adequate).

There are alot of opportunities and learning experiences this company has to offer. All the people are very supportive and encouraging.

Cons

Sometimes you can feel like another number but they try hard to not make that happen.
