Pros

Great pay, benefits, and ESOP program. Growing company with great opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Everything is geared towards getting you towards a PM position, but sometimes management picks favorites and neglects others. Training is very much sink or float. Upper management seem highly political.

Great place to work, but a lot of growing pains!

Pros

Autonomy, not micromanaged, growth potential, everyone is nice and mostly helpful. The company is rapidly growing and it's great to be a part of. There are tons of opportunities to move around within the company. They don't hire just based on degrees only. We are sometimes allowed to work from home.

Cons

People aren't really held accountable which creates a "somebody else will do it" culture. Some management has been there so long that they are out of touch with newer technology and business practices that could really help team members and the company. Acco isn't really diverse and doesn't seem to make efforts to be outwardly inclusive.

Pros

Starts at $20/hour, $2 raise when they get around to it

Cons

You go through a temp agency for 6 months (9 in my case) before they officially hire you. My contract was extended a few times because they "didn't have the time" to do the paperwork to hire me on. Technicians hate being told what to do by a woman and will openly tell you that. Was harassed by technicians openly cussing at me and yelling at me over the phone, but was told that I need to "learn the way to handle each tech to not upset them" after going to HR. Was expected to do the work of multiple positions (Dispatch, Preventative maintenance, Billing, , Phone triage, Estimates, clerical work for techs who were too lazy to do it themselves, IT, training) and if you admitted you didn't have the bandwidth to drop what you are doing that second to help, the person asking for help would get personally offended and make you feel like a terrible person. Was let go due to COVID and promised they would hire me back after things opened up again, things opened up and I was not contacted and later found my position listed on LinkedIn.
