Pros
This company is willing to take care of you, teach/mentor you on position, and has incredible managers who genuinely care about your well being. Recently they restructured the entire pay for the company and made it competitive within the industry. Company also showed that they care for the current employees and willing to give raises within to retain.
Other Pros: ESOP (employee stock), company gatherings, weekly food provided, great offices/location, great management, lots of opportunities to grow within the company, everyone seemingly loves this company for the most part.
Cons
ESOP is hard to predict with restructure.
