-will hire with low experience -generious vacation/benefits -possibility of up to 7.5K quarterly bonus
Cons
-minimal trainining with high expectation -single staffed locations with a lot of call offs means DM runs stores often daily -no recruiting help or outside advertising -highly implausible a DM can meet metrics for bonus -PTO will not often be approved causing field and corp employees to lose time annually -on call 24/7 -DM's cover other DM's districts and assume all responsibilities when DM is on PTO -often borderline disrespectful HR personnel as they have bonus metrics they are looking to meet
