      Unprofessional Management, looking for any and every reason to fire employees. Spent a year and a half going into work everyday expecting to be fired for something trivial. Security is an issue as well at some locations and I just got tired of going to work afraid for my life.

      Pros

      You get to work with the public on helping them obtain a loan, safety while inside and outside the store.

      Cons

      Upper management, the people in this company do not care about their employees at all. No matter how long you have been with them. The all mighty dollar is all they look after. The people at the regional office talk to the employees like we are stupid. poor pay with even poor hours!! No Cares how hard you work as long as you are making them a good bonus your safe.
