      Pros

      No supervisor on you at all times, if you sell enough cards or do enough loans you will get a bonus

      Cons

      Can't leave the store at all until shift is over, very vulnerable to being held up coming into the store or leaving, only person all day at very busy stores, management doesn't care about employees or safety
