      horrible work environment no breaks no advancement no respect

      benefits are good with this company

      one person working a 11 to 12 hr shift alone with no break ther should be 2 people working at all times we should have lunch breaks. no room for advancement no mtivation from your dm no help from your dm you are just a number pay is bad for managers

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with! Intelligent people with great business savvy. Leadership for my area was wonderful! Manager was very forward-thinking. Great emphasis on work-life balance and innovation/new ideas.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, company-wide layoff came and many on my team were let go. Many were new hires. Surprised about change in direction, but it happens.
