      Decent company to work for

      Pros

      3 1/2 - 4 work days a week. Cash incentives for card sales. Bonuses if monthly goals are met. Medical, dental, vision and pet insurance available. Paid vacation, holidays, personal days, sick days.

      Cons

      Long work days but that's why you get more days off. Trying to call off sick is like pulling teeth.

      Pros

      Central location. Great fellow colleagues and employees. Incredible health benefits. Forward vision by CEO. Freedom to decorate for holidays. Almost recessionary proof business model.

      Cons

      Horrific PTO policy. Pay for managers $20K less than other companies. They promote people that may not have proper education into director titles who do not know how to manage salaried employees and often are down right verbally harassing. Lousy operations management. To perform simply customer service, you almost have to have an IT degree.

      Pros

      When staffed properly, which is rare, you only work 3 or 4 days a week. Pay. No micro managing.

      Cons

      You THINK it's your day off? Guess again, someone called off, get to work! You thought you needed to go to an appointment, or just enjoy a day off? Guess again! You would think they are paying us as a salary and that they paid our gas and cell phone bills! A bit of distorted thoughts from the DM position. We are not on call. Sick time? Start using it and you will be jobless soon. DM's are the ones on salary, but can you get ahold of one when you need them? Ha.
