forced selling prepaid cards and direct deposit. dms only care about numbers. some stores are understaff . sometimes u can get busy and its only you by yourself and the dm would be bugging about numbers. if you dont meet those expectations you can be written up. the scanners to cash checks dont work and get stuck alot. i work at various locations and hated to scan checks cause i knew 50 percent of the time the check will get stuck and corporate gets mad if checks arent scan into the system. also you have to call customers through out the day to come and pay their loans with cash or debit because if it goes to the bank ace loses money. if loan checks did go to the bank u had to be prepared to talk to the dm of why customers arent coming to pay in cash or debit. again all about numbers. had some customers complain about how many times ace called them to remind them about coming to pay. but again its part of the job. to cash checks u couldnt refused a check without dm approval the same with cashing it and it was new maker. theres alot of preassure to meet card sales that i saw many employees just scan cards and give it to customers saying is procedures. again forced sales of cards. just run away from this company of u can . its not ethical at all
