They pay me every two weeks and offer health insurance. Also, there are bonuses which occasionally come in a timely manner.

Cons

The leadership is completely bizarre. The Senior leadership has no integrityalways lying about conversations & never following through on promises. Corporate & CEO are aware of all integrity issues but simply ignore them.

Pros

ACE gets a bad wrap for being in an "unethical" short-term lending industry. They are really conservative and transparent with their customers. Much more so than other lenders in their industry. Management wants to do the right thing, though sometimes reactive.

Cons

Executive management is strong, but sometimes doesn't have a pulse in what is going on at mid management levels. This tends to have them take a shotgun approach on strategy and can be inefficient at times. Lots of hours.
