      Pros

      Easy job and mostly work only with one other person throughout the whole shift. Either you open the store or close it.

      Cons

      they should pay more because the person is working alone through out the whole day and sometimes you have to miss lunch break.

      I worked here for 2 years. Very competitive environment. Everything is ranked and measured and ranked company wide. Easy to focus on metrics and become a star. Work environment was very cut throat but the company has made great strides improving culture
