Cold and uncaring environment. For example, we were discouraged from organizing a happy hour. Work environment was very heavy, you could hear a pin drop in the office...every day! Micro managed to the point of insanity. Required to sign up for their cards.

When I was training they never told Me they where gonna be switching me around to different locations and leaving me alone on day one . If they would I would have not accepted . Training was good . Then my first day I was working with another girl . Then she's like ok bye I'm leaving close up. I was like WTF? I FREAKED out . They never showed me how-to do that in the training . So she's like ima show u quick in 5 mins she kinda did . So she left at closing time I tried my best without experience. Then the next day as I was walking in she like we gonna send u to another location which is like 40 mins away . They call these floaters the ones that they send to different locations they seriously need to get rid of that . I went 2 days later they pulled the same thing again leaving me completely alone and telling me to go other far away locations I quit right there .

Ace was good for the money. But eventually putting people in debt and basically robbing them through loans wears on you

The pay was nice. I never got a raise though. 11$ a hour for a year but no progress or room to grow

Cons

No free time, my district manager was controlling and if you needed time off it was hard to get. You bring your own food or order delivery for breaks you can't leave the building at all once you're in.
