The people at ACE are very caring about their peers and their families. I was surprised about the level of support offered in times of need.

Cons

Teams are siloed and often clash with each other. Also, cut-throat upper management towards team-leaders.

Paid well hourly and had bonus incentives if you sell.

Cons

Long hours, Low work/life balance. Weekends mandatory. VERY UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. When handling cash, people get desperate and it makes for unsafe working situations. ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. High turnover rate. Low advancement opportunities past store manager.
