The environment was friendly and people took their jobs seriously

Cons

The center I worked at was really small and they kept hiring people, so I did not get any clients assigned after training. Left after a few weeks of waiting for work. I was not given admin work.

- Assessments & Trainings are not that hard - Get to work with kiddos and know your work is meaningful - Can up hours by subbing

Cons

- Trainings are long - Hours are iffy; when I first started, I barely met the 16 hours per week. - Can get a lot of last-minute cancellations from clients :(
