Pros

The team at aces was amazing, Lots of support of efforts to make RBTs feel their worth. Friendly environment, and they will protect you at all cost,p, even in clientele disputes,

Cons

Very unstable working conditions, hours vary drastically and there is no attendance policy for clients, they have much leisure to cancel whenever they please and you will just miss out on the money. No benefits and no overtime,
