      Pros

      Good place to start when you are a new BCBA and learning to manage home and clinical setting clients. - environment was great a lot of friend people and resources - can work from home.

      Cons

      -had to have evening hours when I requested for morning and midday clients. - poor pay for the amount of work they expect you to produce - monthly billable standard is insane - difficult to have a work life balance

      Pros

      - Gave me an iPad to use for data collection via centralreach - Flexible for college student's changing schedules. - $ bonus for no call-outs each month. - Easy to cancel session through the ipad or by leaving a voicemail on the scheduling line. Then scheduling called parents for you. However because it was so easy to cancel session I canceled more often than if I had to report directly to a supervisor or the parents. - Lots of sub opportunities if you wanted more hours.

      Cons

      - Pay was so low. - Bonus for not calling out was not big enough to counteract the burnout so BIs still called out. - Very short training for BIs, two weeks of click through modules and only 6 hours of shadowing another BI. - Supervisors only came out to the home once a month. Once COVID hit, supervisors went telehealth and never came back. - if you requested more shadow sessions or needed help with a case, they said yes but docked your pay while providing it. - felt like they wanted us to jump through a lot of hoops if we wanted to get BCBA supervision for our BACB masters programs. I ended up leaving to get my supervision elsewhere.
