Pros

They will dazzle you with culture and hiring bonus - you’ll get full time and the benefits are good (healthcare). They are opening office so fast so chances of you being close to your home is possible. They will move you up the ladder fast!

Cons

Where to start: 1. You’ll be harassed weekly if not daily about meeting your billable numbers. 2. You will not have a work life balance (they like to preach this but don’t follow through) 3. HR is a mess and no matter how much they know they need to fix it all you’ll get are excuses as to why they don’t respond or drop the ball. 4. Poor clinicians will be promoted even thought they struggle clinically. 5. They will not invest to ensure their staff across the board is properly trained- you training an RBT, you’ll be pressured to pass them even though they should fail. 6. Want a raise, just threaten to quit- you’ll get. A raise and a promotion even you don’t deserve it. 7. You’ll have clients that don’t have full staffing but they will keep taking more and more clients. Sometimes leaving contracts unfulfilled and clients waiting for an entire authorization period or more. But hey keep taking more clients. 8. Keep opening offices and creating overhead. 9. Care more about hiring and not keeping current staff……
