      Working with clients who so sweet once a relationship is built -iPads vs. paper data tracking -School, clinic, and home cases available. -Flexible scheduling

      -You have to ask for a pay raise if not there are too many employees that a couple years can pass if you don’t ask personally to HR.

      Truly making a change in the lives of the children and their families.

      the hours are extremely inconsistent and the pay is very low considering they expect you to drive up to 30 miles for a session. You get randomly placed with clients, especially in areas where Aces doesn’t have many BIs. They do not honor your “maximum hours” and will put clients on your schedule without approval and expect you to be there. The management is poor and there is a lack of communication between offices. On top of it all, training is all online and extremely rushed. They did not provide a session where i could watch another BI and “shadow” them. on your first day you’ll probably feel very unprepared.
