Flexible schedules, friendly coworkers, opportunities for learning, paid training, and a true sense of fulfilling work.

Cons

Too many communication channels within the company makes it's difficult to navigate some of the challenges of the job. The parents and your BCBA can make or break your spirits.

Pros

Great job for those in college, hours and locations are flexible. You get valuable experience and clients are super fun, but you are not paid what you’re worth. No benefits or earned PTO. You use your personal vehicle and get reimbursed for milage and time only in between clients. It’s up to luck what supervisors and clients you get assigned. Some clients are mellow and super easy to work with while others are difficult and aggressive. The work you do is also very independent so it can get lonely at times.

Cons

he number one flaw is how poorly the Behavioral Interventionists (RBTs) are paid, while the Supervisors (BCBAs) regularly bonus. Also, the company does not guarantee anyone hours. This is especially frustrating because we are frequently hiring new people. From experience, I can attest to that fact that other companies are worse and some better. I’d say we are somewhere in between.
