Pros

Great team environment, plenty of room to advance. They help you move forward in your career.

Cons

Sometimes client cancellations causes you to lose a lot of hours. Also, drive in between clients is far.

Pros

Great training to work for another company. Some good BCBA’s.

Cons

Neglected Cases. Case managers would conduct supervision through ZOOM meetings regularly because of their case overload. Horrible communication throughout the company. Literal coupons and discounts to the dentist and doctor instead of real health/dental benefits. More BI’s than clients so you can’t even become eligible for benefits.

Pros

ACES is the best company I have worked for. The schedule is busy like any BCBA's schedule would be, but it is super flexible. I enjoy the leadership qualities of my role in teaching others. There is lots of support and growth here.

Cons

Scheduling Techs can be stressful especially when caregivers are anxious and ready to start services.
