Pros
-Easy to get hired and paid training. -A decent sub system in case of cancelation. -Decent pay rate for an entry job and you will get good experience. -There are incentive for getting more work hour (they are quite mediocre but props for trying)
Cons
-Employee experience are hugely based on office location, some office employee are very friendly and other will not say anything unless spoken to. - No pay for an at door cancelation (you do get compensation for driving there but no one will tell you that). - Supervisor quality are inconsistent, some take on so many cases that they do not even know what some of the kid behavior are. - Organization are inconsistent, some clinic I have seen materials and toys thrown at random places or are completely empty. - Software and phoneline are very buggy, sometime they work as intended and sometime they do not. -Sometime there're some random supervisor who are not affiliated with the client whatsoever just randomly pop in and watch session for 1-2 hour then leave. -Front desk are not told to do their job properly leading to most employee having to learn a door code to go in and out of clinic when it should be front desk buzzing them in (my office specifically), -No promotion, if you're a BT, you're a BT unless you go back to Uni to get a master then you'll be able to move up.
