      Pros

      Seeing kids growth because of yourself. Their growth is base from yourself because you create lessons plans.

      Cons

      Horrible hours, even moreso because you’re not compensated when parents last minute cancels. Which happens often. Supervisors really don’t know what they’re doing. All they do is observe you through zoom and tell you what to do. In person training is nonexisting. No sense of support with company. You’re to yourselves!

      Pros

      If you're a person who isn't interested in the normal 9-5 this could be a cool job for you to experience different people and locations ! just wish they paid a little more for all the mental and emotional work with clients.

      Cons

      Not much room or opportunity to grow unless you go back to college specifically for an aba or psychology degree.

      Fine company if you can stomach ABA

      Friendly people, families are usually very nice and so are staff

      Cons

      ABA therapy is basically dog training for kids with autism. if you can deal with doing that to children who are often too young to understand why their behavior isn’t “acceptable”, then this is a fine place to work, hours are hard to get and very specifically afternoons. pay is low
