Pros

Training for certification and eager to hire

Cons

Have to hop overall hurdles for pay raise. Don't compensate long time bi's or even try to give them opportunities to increase hours. New hires get a bit more attention like with scheduling priorities and get given higher price starting range but then soon levels out. Also communication between scheduling, supervisors, and family's are horrible! Be careful when requesting days off or calling out because they might not communicate to one another and then it is your fault

- Positive Staff/Warm work culture & strong Values - Working/Playing with Kids -Flexible schedule -Good overall communication with BI/Supervisors and Families

Cons

- No compensation for client cancellations - Hard to acquire 30+hrs. unless you've worked more than 2+ years - no PTO/benefits - opportunities to move up in the ladder are limitted
