      Pros

      Flexible schedule, they promote from within, everyone is very passionate about the work they do. Company culture is emphasized and celebrated

      Cons

      Frequently canceling clients, hard to get back to back cases, you end up with a midday gap. Overall communication could be improved.

      Pros

      Easy job interview process and quick to hire. They train you, they provide you an iPad with GPS and timesheet technology, great coworkers, kids are awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and inconsistent—I couldn't get a concrete number for the reimbursement rate for driving the entire four months I worked there. When updating HR with my school availability, their new reassignment was giving me only one client for 3 hours a week and ignoring all of my follow-up emails asking for more hours. High turnover rate for BIs, supervisors are always stressed out.
