Cons
Director extremely demeaning. Very "clique" environment. Overreaching goals; 30 hours a week billable time. My current job I have 15 required billables! Constantly on your back, your not allowed to be independent. I do not recommend the San Jose office to anyone, unless you are looking specifically for a learning environment and to get out quickly. I have been in the field for 10 + years and NEVER have been treated the way I was here. It is GREAT to be at a place I love now! Worst experience of my career! Supervisor staff is very immature and those who are in "good" with the director get away with everything whether it is ethical or not, yet are also the ones to "tell" on you (when you haven't done anything wrong....hmmmm). Would never go back even if they payed me twice as much!
