      -iPad use was great and helpful to help deliver good ABA therapy, and convenient for you to use as well -Paid Training -Good staff that hustles and supports you

      -The job is a tough job in general, and is not for everyone (not necessarily a con)

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Most Supervisors are helpful and understanding. You can work on your next degree while working here. Clients are amazing.

      Cons

      Some supervisors talk to Bi's like they are stupid. It's hard to get cases; long wait period if you lose hours. Raises could be more often/worth it.
