      Pros

      Really get to see the growth/improvements on the clients as you help them along the way.

      Cons

      Hard work. 4 hours per session is intense. Very hard to keep the clients motivated at the end of the session. The breaks are limited during work. No benefits at all. High turnovers. 1 out of 5 stayed after initial training.

      Pros

      Making on impact on people who have been born into the world with larger challenges than most is amazing, and many BI or RBT are very friendly and nice.

      Cons

      No one really knows what management is doing. They hardly communicate efficiently. I think the most prominent thing is that they pay the BI and RBT (the ones who actually run the programs and work with the clients) very POORLY compared to other ABA companies. As in up to 25% less.
