      -Scheduling does there best to pair you with a client who lives close by - Ipad -Paid Drive time between session

      Cons

      -Low Pay compared to other companies including their own supervisors -Not enough hours -Gave a better pay rate to those who BA yet no experience whatsoever, even if you've been there for over a year. Literally had someone shadow me who was receiving a higher pay rate than me and had no idea what they were doing. (I'm working towards my BA, it's my last year) -Supervisors are obviously burnt out with the excessive cases given, therefore are unable to successfully help their BI's

      Thank you very much for your feedback. We do strive to pair our clients and staff by proximity and we are glad that was helpful to you. We agree that training is a pivotal aspect of our jobs as clinicians and we are proud to not only have a hybrid model of training with both "in-person" and online (to provide trainees with increased flexibility), but also one that is in line with the RBT certificate as outlined by the BACB board.
