Pros

working with children and adults, 1 on 1 session, rapport building with client and diverse workforce, great experience in the field of ABA

Cons

Very slow at giving out raises. After following up with upper management regarding raises, they keep asking me to wait longer so they can process 200+ other annual reviews.

I've been at ACES for more than 10 years because this is a company with integrity that cares about the well being of its employees and clients. ACES is in constant persuit of improvement for its employees and clients. The excutive and leadership team uses a data driven approach to improve the quality services provided to clients and to improve job satisfaction for their employees!

Cons

Flexibility is a key skill to be successful at ACES because policies and clinical tools often change in order to better serve staff and clients.
