Business Outlook
Pros
The clients/families are awesome, super professional staff/environment, working in the office is great (social groups), huge learning experience, all clients have different needs-work is never dull, can pick up shifts easily/reporting hours/data easily
Cons
Working alone, Supervisors are really busy-may not get back to you as quickly as you need, driving around to various locations, HR is located in Southern California and impossible to get ahold of, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR SUPERVISORS AS REFFERENCES-YOU CAN ONLY USE HR???<<they don't tell you this until later which is a total bummer!!!
