      Pros

      Company is large and has a lot of positions in both clinical and admin areas. Really like to invest in their staff and grow them, no management positions are hired externally. Great culture! They do not micro-manage at all. Company really cares how people are feeling and work to create a supportive environment.

      Communication can be slow or lacking.

      Pros

      Working for ACES and it's CEO Kristin Farmer developing and building the ACES facilities is truly a great experience. This company is on the cutting edge not only with it's programs but with it's insight to great interior design and to green design. ACES uses safe, environmentally friendly building materials, furniture, non VOC paints and appropriate lighting that lends itself to the sensory needs of the kids. This has proven to be very condusive to the learning and growth of the clients and a great working environment for it's employees.

      Cons

      We try not to interrupt services to Aces clients when we are doing facilities improvements so night and weekend work does happen.
