      I was disappointed with the lack of support given when you first were placed with families.

      Pros

      I decided to work here because of the recognition that comes with ACES, and I had past ABA Therapy experience.

      Cons

      At first I thought the training was good and necessary, but then realized once in the field I had absolutely no support, no instruction, and had no real introduction with the children and any of their other therapists or my supervisors.

      Rewarding job to help a good cause!

      Pros

      You get to work with kids for a good cause. The fact that you're helping autistic children is rewarding in itself. The staff at ACES in Fresno, CA is very easy to work with. They will understand your schedule and try to work with you. I have no problems working for them again.

      Cons

      Not many benefits. However, there is room for promotion, and the you have to keep up with training.
