Pros

Schedule can be very flexible. ACES gives you a IPad ( to keep strict audit of your time).

Cons

I do not want to sound like a disgruntle employee but am very disappointed with this company, there are so many similar companies that are pro-staff and would recommend them first. As a current employee I feel Aces main purpose is profit ( yes I understand it is a for profit company) . My main disappointment with this company is as a Full time BI's I will never get paid time off, which means no vacation, no holiday no sick pay, even if my school case cancel for the day with no fault of mine I will not get paid for it. Another issue is a lack of raises I have asked but no one wants to take the lead on that. ( I have at least 4 supervisors so I am assuming they all want to past the buck on this issue). I guess the worst thing you will never feel appreciated by the supervisor or by this company.

Pros

The services provided to the families is LIFE Changing! Everywhere you go, you will meet families that receive ACES services and always are thankful for the positive changes our programs have on their children. From the administration to the Clinical team, everyone is so nice and helpful. ACES is a nurturing environment and encourages personal growth. Now is the perfect time to join the company, as they are expanding like crazy. Great opportunity for new grads/current college students to get their foot in the door of a psychology career. ACES also promotes further education by paying for your BCBA, which is going to be mandatory going forward in this industry. (You do have to be with company min a year before they will consider paying for this)

Cons

On the Administration side not a lot of room for growth or salary increases. Because the company is growing so fast they are experiencing the normal growing pains. This is not a good environment for people who do not handle change well.
