Cons

Deceitful onboarding process (says in the job description that your non-clinical pay will be $15 an hour, then they change it to $10 an hour when it comes time to sign paperwork) Location discrimination (Oklahomans have a completely different and unfair schedule structure and expectations than those elsewhere in the US) Pay is up to $15 less than other positions in the industry, $20 less if you count the non-clinical rate rip-off

Flexible schedule. I can keep my second job while I work here. Everything is remote.

Cons

the company seems to be cutting corners. Wanting to make everything quicker, cheaper and then it becomes less effective and bad quality. They are trying to farm rbts as quick and as cheap as they can. Now they're hiring people from out of the country to do it cheaper. These people will just recite the training from videos but not really understand what the job is

Zero feeling of being part of a team/company You are offered minimal hours even after reminder of your availability and being told there are "waiting lists" fullof people The pay is not even worth the far drives to the clients houses, if you are new you will be forced to commit to a schedule in which they will not even give the hours promised to you Extremely difficult cases may be your first
