      Great for part time and if you want a career

      Pros

      -Easy to get hired -Interview was simple, over zoom -Good part time job if you're in school or in between careers -Flexible hours but you have to confirm a certain slot. Ie, 3-7pm Weekdays -Coworkers are all friendly and willing to help -Opportunity for growth if you get your masters -Get to play games all day and see the new games kids are playing nowadays

      Cons

      -The documents and medical work was time consuming but all paid. -Meetings and training are minimum wage -Part time hours are ~3 hours a day and after school hours. -Seeing supervisors may end up only being on zoom/teams -Some parents/caregivers of the client are not as friendly -Not for the faint of heart and the job is not easy. Can be mentally and physically tolling.

      Low pay, lack of structure, bad scheduling and cancellation policies, bad communication, terrible part-time benefits, problems with employee retention

      Friendly staff paid training organized accommodating potential annual raise flexible hours mileage reimbursement 2-hour pay for client cancellation if making materials on-time bi-weekly deposits benefits Make-up sessions

      False advertisement for full-time No full compensation for client cancellation minimal supervisor guidance HR takes a long time to reply No holiday pay as a BI No 401k matching mentally exhausting
