      Pros

      Very thorough RBT training. You will get reimbursed for training and exam fees. Also get reimbursed for any pre hire checklists such as physical, vaccines, live scan, etc. Starting pay was the highest out of other ABA company offers I received.

      Cons

      Not enough work hours. Wasn’t promised the hours I wanted to start with that I was promised during my interview. Most hours of work are between 3-7 especially if your location doesn’t have a clinic nearby because clients will all be after school hours. Not guaranteed to work full time. Training takes about a month to complete.

      There is very flexible scheduling available.

      Cons

      Supervisors can get pretty busy and so may not be entirely available. Training was entirely online during that time and so did not feel entirely ready to start. Could have benefited from in person training.
