Business Outlook

Pros

-Lot's of support when you are new and ongoing support from your coworkers -Up to date technology -Monthly meetings -Free monthly CEU's -Physical clinic locations

Cons

-New staff comes in making more than you no matter how long you have been there. -Late hours -Asked to bill even if client is not utilizing all of their direct hours -Your hours are given away without anyone asking you first. -Large caseloads -Lots of bullying, sorry, micromanaging to overbill. -Lack of flexibility for client schedules -Lack of compassion for client's home situation, culture, or religion. SV's showed compassion, however, higher ups push to bill and maximize hours even if family is not available. Families are made to feel bad when hours are not fully utilized.
