° Supportive local & corporate leadership team. ° Company promotes & encourages staff to utilize self-care, maintain a healthy work-life balance, & put their health/family first. ° Nurturing & supportive office culture; very welcoming! ° Knowledgeable & dedicated interdisciplinary team strive to provide the highest level of support to patients and colleagues alike. ° Autonomy while out in the field. ° Flexibility in schedule. ° Extensive training provided upon hire with additional 1:1 training supports readily available for any/every employee upon request, and ongoing training provided intermittently throughout the year. ° Leadership team invest in their staff; helping all team members glow and grow to their fullest potential within the organization. ° Each staff member is recognized for their expertise within their field and their feedback regarding patient care/service provision is truly valued, regardless of their role.
