Pros

There aren’t many, but there are some really good eggs that work on the ground.

Cons

The company doesn’t care about its employees, it only cares about the numbers They don’t deal with questionable management despite multiple people raising issues They reduce workforce and expect the same outflow They underpay and ALWAYS give the bare minimum required of them The worst part is I don’t even think the CEO is quite aware of how bad the “culture” is in his own company is
