Pros
Great people who get things done. Good product solution that is moving into the cloud. There should be good opportunities under the new CEO's return and focus on direction. Individual contributor culture is friendly, helpful, motivated, and mentoring.
Cons
Loss of focus from 2021-2022 under previous CEO. New CEO since end-2022 is putting the focus back in. This will accelerate product/solution growth. (Hope they can do it in time - two years' loss of focus has put the company behind).
