Good health policy, yearly company gateway, some department are really nice with good environment, culture and respect

ACI choose to prefer people with strong voice to control their employee, irrespective if they have any related skills or knowledge. Basic people manger with QA background, can become a head of engineering here. Such people cant do any justice, they just need people who can blindly follow them without any question asked, this behaviour will stop person personal growth. Old technology, no cloud, same reparative work everyday, pathetic canteen, no better food options, limited office area
