Worldwide presence, some tenured product and development personnel

Cons

The new CEO Odilon is completely pressured to show results that are unrealistic given the current pandemic situation. Rather than adjust expectations and show empathy, he is simply promising to show the same results 'or else' and then firing whomever falls short of pre-covid expectations. No care for the employees.

Pros

The interviewing process was efficient and organized. The benefits and compensation are great. The flexibility of the work life balance was very accommodating. Former CEO did an outstanding job understanding the business and getting to know the people of the company as best as possible at each international office. Opportunity to get involved in other roles or learn other parts of the business.

Cons

Major cultural differences at each company office. Difficulty being successful when reliant on cross-business unit collaborations. For over 5 years, the company re-communicates an annual plan to get to $5B. The executives rotate chairs every year which is slightly unorthodox . Key and respected contributors fear layoffs due to frequent organizational changes.
