Pros

Salary and benefits are good. Flexible hours and was a great place to work. A great pool of talented people to work with.

Cons

Extended hours. No work life balance, got worse over last few years. No trainings. Overloaded with work and things get escalated due to insufficient resources.

Pros

There are some good people at ACI. None of them are in management positions. They are the people who get things done and get none of the credit.

Cons

ACI will pidgin hole you and push you until you are burnt out. Then they will replace you with an offshore resource. They used to call their offshore offices "low-cost centers." Now they are called "centers of excellence."

Cons

Root Cause Analysis Culture. Management is always looking for the one to blame. Does not foster teamwork but a culture of defensive BYB employees afraid to do the right thing. Employees are constantly expected to work nights, weekends and holidays to complete projects.
