Proprietary technology stack provides opportunities to learn something new. Very friendly people

Management is far removed from the teams they are overseeing. Very poor product direction decisions being made... Sacrificing product quality for the long term in order to please customers which likely quiets them down for the short term. Poor product quality leads to extra work and effort for teams that could have been avoided.
