      Pros

      ACI offers a strong benefits package, good PTO and the managers genuinely want employees to find work/life balance. Great people to work with on every team in this office.

      Cons

      Just about everything in this office is based around a single online banking product. This office submits to management that is based in the Norcross, GA office. There is little to no involvement with the corporate office in Omaha. So the culture and corporate experiences and products from corporate seem very distant and remote. Company-wide, all-hands meetings feel like you are watching somebody else's company meeting, because it does seem consistent with your everyday experience.

      Bad C-level management - not the company it once was.

      Pros

      Good health insurance. Good people in the trenches.

      Cons

      Extremely egotistical upper management that only looks out for themselves and doesn't work together for the good of the company. Information security is out of control and completely paralyzing the company. Security is important but measures are over the top and not risk appropriate. Annual merit increases don't cover annual health insurance increases. Very little employee engagement - and I'm referring to their enthusiasm for doing a good job and helping the company succeed, not their participation in pancake feeds or parking lot follies. Get in touch with the pulse of the employee base and start treating employees like valuable humans.

      Pros

      Good experience in financial systems Lots of room to move upwards in ones career. Decent office perks. .

      Cons

      Limited on-hands training. Teams of stand-alone members rather than a cohesive group. Limited to no bonus/extra remuneration (leave very standard).
