* Pay.On itself is a good company * Most of Pay.On managers are friendly and really supportive - doing whatever is needed in order to help you to succeed * People from other offices who are working at Pay.On projects are also good

Cons

* There are a lot of corporate mandatory trainings - some of them are useless because they are related to the offices of ACI in USA * Be prepared to fill in your time cards every week in a super slow and super unfriendly internal system (and it is not Jira) * Be prepared to participate in many meetings.
