      Where to begin.... I've only been here for two days, so I'll just report what I've experienced so far: Awesome building Cafe on site with real food Flexible Hours Pay that is actually competitive Helpful and engaged people Pleasant Work Environment (Morale is great) Basic supplies and coffee/tea are provided Frequent & fun activities to further engage employees - you can tell ACI truly cares about keeping their people happy Great benefits

      Pay is competitive and pays well for this position Great PTO Program Annual raises

      Cons

      When it comes to customer service, they're the bottom of the barrel. My biggest issue with the Opelika location is the absence of an HR presence. Directors and managers get away with far more than they should because the local employees do not feel like they have any representation.
