      Pros

      Great co-workers, co-workers are willing to share their knowledge to each others, good benefits, flexible working times

      Cons

      Poor management in projects and in the teams, keep repeating the same mistakes in the next project, senior engineers are doing their manger's works, long working hours, managers care more about the projects than the people, senior management knows the issues but they don't fix them proactively, until their manager asks them to fix it.

      Pros

      Clear market leader. Intelligent and experienced people who generally willing to help where possible. You can gain good exposure to high pressure situations and clients.

      Cons

      The S1 takeover was handled shockingly, lack of honesty when communicating with employees left entire departments not knowing if they have a job or not. Death by meeting as well as process means you spend more time doing admin than actual tasks that make a difference to the customers. Lack of career natural progression leads to many people leaving despite management promising differently.
