Pros

Flexible hours, work from home provision, opportunities for growth if you put in extra hours, global culture, expertise in payments, selected high performers valued most of the time, social hours/activities, career development and opportunities to move around

Cons

Too much and too regular change in structures and management and processes, people moved around with little consideration on impact to team morale, careers and personal lives. Regular purges of workforce to make way for yet more acquisitions. Front line not valued or rewarded adequately despite being at the forefront of implementing ACI's dizzying changes dictated from above. UK workforce neglected or undervalued
