- As a fresher, you get to work on niche technology. - Flexi work timings

Cons

- Management sucks! Nothing moves without the nod of the Exec Management, even a small luncheon with the team needs approval from the top. - The company used to really do well between 2009 to 2013 but the change in baton has led to its downfall - Management in Omaha are too power hungry, using others as their pawns
